My Story

I’ve been a professional Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist since 1997. After years of training with other like-minded experts, I‘ve learned to share my experience through a combination of service and education. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.

About Valerie

My Journey

Who I Am and What I Do

I’ve been a Massage Therapist since 2003, but have been around alternative medicine my whole life. Throughout my childhood, both my parents instilled in me the important values that I apply to my treatments, such as the importance of integrity for wellbeing. Every day, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.

What I Believe

Gentle Healing

My hope for all of my patients is that they’ll find a place of balance, peace and clarity within themselves to guide their own life. I feel everyone needs a place to let go and be reconnected with themselves on a regular basis to be well. My therapeutic approach is meant to evoke harmony and wellbeing in each and every one of my clients. I believe in healing and nurturing the mind, body, and soul through the senses of touch with my hands, smell with Doterra pure grade essential oils, warmth with the Hot stones and sound with deeply meditative music. I believe everyone can access a deep space of healing and recovery during my treatments.

About Me

My Dreams and Aspirations

I’m a dedicated practitioner and teacher of holistic medicine and have been involved in this practice since 1997. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I believe in supporting others to trust themselves and the natural ability we all have to heal and recover.

Let the warmth of the stone guide you to the point of release and balance. It knows how to take you there, open to the warmth and let go.
